My personalized, mission-driven consulting practice is based in creating a person centered care plan for any individual aging in place. I help create a safe environment through home & safety assessments, hands on caregiver training, and working one on one with the families.
My services are rooted in real world healthcare experience and a deep respect for person-centered care. We don’t just offer advice; we offer partnership, practical tools, and peace of mind for the road ahead.
